About Me:

Daniel F. Crowder (“Dan”) was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, January 4, 1971, but grew up in Dallas, Texas. Dan completed his undergraduate degree at Baylor and his law degree at the University of Texas. Beginning in 1996, Dan began working at Dunn, Kacal, Adams, Pappas & Law, P.C. litigation firm. Dunn’s practice was predominantly in the representation of mid-size to large companies and insurance companies in a variety of litigation matters including personal injury, construction defect, insurance coverage, employee disability, employment discrimination, and business disputes. In 2000, Dan joined forces with Dennis Beck and formed Beck & Crowder, LLP. Crowder has over 14 years of law experience in state and federal courts in Texas as a plaintiff’s and defendant’s attorney in various areas of law, including personal injury, business litigation, construction litigation, insurance law, and collections. Law & Politics Magazine has named him a Rising Star Lawyer in 2009 and 2010. He was AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Highest Rating in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards in 2009.

Daniel Crowder has a great rapport with his clients, as well as a respect for his adversaries, the judiciary, and colleagues. Many of Crowder’s referrals are through satisfied clients who have had a positive outcome, whether through negotiations, mediations, or trial.
